LOVING every moment of LIFE... my GOD, dear ones & rest

During these 2 weeks that I have been on Medical Leave since 15th May, I have been spending my time doing my favourite activities.... reading, meditating on God's Word & exercising (jogging, cycling & swimming).

TIME-OUT = REST TO RUN THE RACE BETTER ....

Slowly but surely, I am taking time to recover from all my pains and aches that are in part stress-related... especially IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME. This problem of IBS tends to act up when I think too much, worry and get anxious about anything. During my rest at home, it also acts up.

Hmmm... perhaps, you may ask, "Why are you still having this problem despite resting at home, away from school where you get stressed over various work matters?" Well, to put it simply, being a responsible person, I still tend to think about school matters despite resting at home. Even in my sleep & dreams, I also think about my dear students and colleagues whom I love and care for. I have been missing school... coz of the bond with my friends there... especially my fellow Christian brothers and sisters.

Hence, I have been dropping by school twice so far to walk around there and visit the friends and corners of the school that I miss. Heehee...

Although many of my colleagues have been bewildered by me going back despite being on long Medical Leave. Just to let you know, it's coz I miss the friends and children there. Whenever I drop by, it is also I want to bring home stuff from school.

Yesterday, I went back to bring back my biscuits that I left in the classroom cupboard that I usually share with the kids... for fear that the biscuits will rot and attract unwanted pests. Heehee... as usual, I will always look for my sis Jocelyn to take a photo shot with her as I have been missing her as well.... Umm... she has been working hard in my absence ... good job done.

Yeah! I promise I WILL BE BACK! Exercising to slowly get myself back in good health and shape. Cya soon everyone. Visiting the doctor again for a review today... Thanks for all your prayers.
